Acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment for many of today’s conditions, helping us slow down, feel a sense of calm and regulate our autonomic nervous system; restoring homeostasis in the body. There is a now a large (and growing) body of scientific research to support the many positive effects that acupuncture has.

Acupuncture is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which is thousands of years old (a little history can be found here). Acupuncture also has deep roots in Japan and Korea.

It’s most commonly known to help manage pain but it’s equally good at helping reduce the symptoms of chronic stress such as: poor quality sleep, muscle tension, brain fog, migraines and more.
